Go to character creation screen.
Make a RP character. Pick a starting profession, something that sounds fun. Pick your look. Mess around with it, taking the time to learn skills, etc. Find a good guild home. Ask questions as needed. |

Hi Sofiex! Welcome to GW!
I guess the first question is what exactly do you need help with? Don't be afraid to ask questions in-game, you may get called "noob," but only by morons and idiots, and they don't count. Look me up in-game and I'll be glad to help you out. (IGN: Ahndia Beppu) |

first thing: make a Role playing character (PVP ones are for those who already figured out the game)
second: pick a profession that looks fun. (the easier profession to learn is warior, and its a good start for every account) third: the first part of the game is tutorial, make sure you dont have anymore quests left before you take a quest that says something like "no goin back after this" because after you will be thrown in a completely diffrent game envorenment fourth: your character will be able to choose a secondary profession, so choose them carefuly and decise what will you enjoy the most. if you find that you are enjoying your secondary more then primary, go ahead and make a second character with that profession. fifth: no matter what is your secondary proffesion, do not forget its there only to compliment your primary profession, so concentrate on that one. sixth: have fun |

I'm not your dad or anything but don't be so quick to give out your msn details. Not trying to patronise you in anyway, but I thought it needed saying. Have fun with the game ^_^...

1. Welcome Sofie
2. All characters are created equal, or at least the game strives to be balanced that way. 3. This is my own opinion, but a good starter class is the ranger. It is pretty straight forward. (good defensive skills, and good offensive skills, you attack from a distance, not usually targeted by the enemy first so you have more time to decide what to do) 4. Have fun 5. In the beginning I deleted my character 3 times before I was happy with a class, so try them all |

Remember that small book that was in the box with the game cd? You should totally read that.
